Portable power stations are battery systems with an inverter for powering 120 VAC devices and the ability to charge from solar or wall power. They are a great option for those who don’t wan to build their own battery bank or desire the convenience of a portable system that has a great track record for working. Lithium Ion Power Stations
These portable power stations use a lithium ion battery chemistry, providing 600+ cycles. These are less expensive, but that comes at a cost of a reduced life of the system, compared to lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4).
